Frequently asked questions
Does it replace an in-person visit?
No. It's advice based on what you tell us and your videos. If we see something that needs an in-person examination or a test, we'll tell you in the report.
What if it's for my son or daughter?
No problem: the questionnaire is filled in by the parent or legal guardian, who gives consent.
What videos do I need to record?
Walking barefoot from the side and from behind, and walking in your shoes or boots. 15-20 seconds per video is enough. Plus photos of your feet and of the soles of the shoes you wear most.
And after the report?
If you want us to check your progress a month later, or whenever we agree, each follow-up costs €10.
What happens to my photos and videos?
Only we see them, and only for your consultation. They are never published or shared with anyone.

Family of a young footballer
Excellent advice for Osgood-Schlatter disease
My son started having knee pain when playing football and we turned to this service for guidance. They sent us a very thorough questionnaire and we could attach photos, videos and the tests we had. The answer was far more detailed than I expected. They explained Osgood-Schlatter, how to manage the discomfort and which exercises he could do. They also gave us advice on adapting his sport and followed up afterwards. A very professional service that I recommend.

They helped us so much with Sever's disease
We got in touch because my son had heel pain, especially after training and matches. We sent them all the information and they prepared a personalised report explaining what might be going on and what to do. It included exercises, footwear advice and guidelines for managing his sport. What I liked most was that they didn't just send a report, they also followed his progress. Very thorough, with explanations that are easy to understand.

A great help getting back to football after a sprain
My son had sprained his ankle and, although he was feeling better, we had lots of doubts about when and how he could go back to training. They assessed him remotely through a questionnaire, videos and all the information we sent. Then we received a return-to-sport plan with progressive strength, balance and stability exercises, plus advice for getting back to sport. It especially helped us understand that the pain going away isn't enough to go back to playing. Very happy with the advice.

Family of a child in a growth spurt
Very good advice on knee pain during growth
My son had a big growth spurt in a few months and started complaining of discomfort in his legs and knees, especially after sport. We decided to consult them and the experience was very good. They asked for quite a lot of information to understand the case and sent us a very detailed report, with clear explanations, exercises and advice on managing training load. They also told us which symptoms to watch for and when an in-person assessment would be needed. Such complete advice is truly appreciated.

Truly personalised sports footwear advice
We asked for advice because we weren't sure which trainers were best for our son, both for everyday use and for sport. We were surprised by how many things they took into account. They asked for photos of his shoes, information about his activity and some videos to see how he moved. We received very well-explained recommendations, not just a brand or a specific model. They helped us understand what features to look for in trainers. Very useful advice.

Family with several sporty children
An online service far more complete than I imagined
We have used this service several times for sports injuries and questions about our children's growth and footwear. The experience has been very positive. First they send you a detailed questionnaire, you can attach medical tests, photos and videos, and then you receive a personalised report with advice and exercises. They also follow up and you can ask about any doubts that come up. I was especially struck by the dedication and level of detail in their answers. You can tell there is a lot of work behind every consultation.
