Online consultation terms
Last updated: November 2026 · Translation for information only; the Spanish version prevails
1. Who provides it
Pedro Lucas Rubio, physiotherapist and podiatrist, of FisioReadapt Policlínica (Zamora, Spain). Full details are in the Legal notice.
2. What it is
A remote advice service in physiotherapy and podiatry, based on what you tell us in the questionnaire and your videos, photos and reports.
It does not replace an in-person assessment. Remotely we can't examine you by hand, do an ultrasound or a gait test. That's why the report is for guidance. If we see something that needs to be checked in person or with a test, we'll tell you.
3. What's included
- Reading your questionnaire and reviewing your videos, photos and reports.
- A report by email with what we see and what may be going on.
- A exercise plan to get started.
- Footwear or insole recommendations if needed, and whether you should see a professional in person.
It does not include a medical diagnosis, prescriptions, custom insoles or imaging tests.
4. When it's not for you
If it's an emergency, don't wait for the online consultation: go to the emergency department or your doctor. For example, if you can't put weight on your foot after an injury, have a wound that won't heal (especially if you have diabetes), fever, a very red, hot or swollen foot, or very severe calf pain.
5. Price and payment
- Initial consultation: €25. This is the final price with no extra charges. VAT-exempt as a healthcare service (art. 20.One.3 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992).
- Follow-up: €10 each, after a month or whenever we agree. We'll send you the payment link.
- You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal from any country, or with Bizum from Spain.
6. Timeframe
We'll send you the report within 48-72 hours of receiving payment and all the information. If something is missing (for example, a video that isn't clear), we'll ask you for it and the timeframe starts when we receive it.
7. What we ask of you
- That the information is true and complete: the report depends on it.
- That the videos and photos are of you (or the minor in your care) and show no other people.
- If the patient is a minor, that the consultation is requested and consented to by their parent or legal guardian.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. To do so, write to consultas@fisiopodologia.es.
By sending the form you ask us to start your consultation straight away. Therefore, once the report has been sent, the service is complete and you can no longer withdraw (art. 103.a of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If you withdraw before that, we refund the amount.
Refunds: if after seeing your case we think it can't be assessed remotely and we don't send you a report, we refund the full amount.
Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days at most.
9. Your data
Your health data, photos and videos are used only for your consultation and are never published. Everything is in the Privacy policy.
10. Questions or complaints
Write to us at consultas@fisiopodologia.es or call us on 🇪🇸 +34 609 224 712. Complaint forms are available. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer authorities where you live.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
